What is Competency, its significance and importance in CBTs, along with different types of competencies. 2. What is a Competency Framework, its significance and development process, and a case-study. 3. What are Competency-based Trainings, its characteristics, its significance, and benefits, along with its differences as compared to traditional trainings. 4. What is competency development, its significance, benefits and process overview. Learners will be able to apply their learning to identify competencies and design a competency framework document, through an assignment. Course comprises of evaluations like MCQ based tests, assessment and an assignment with guided template. Downloadable study material is provided after each lesson, and it consists of additional practice questions. There is an interactive chat-bot to answer your queries along with discussion prompts to feed learner curiosity. All learners will receive an autogenerated certificate of achievement, upon finishing the course.
