During this career, she gained valuable experience in various areas like Clinical Site Monitoring & Compliance, Clinical Systems development, Capability Management, Business Development and Learning & Development. Course Creation:
Course Author & Trainer (Courseinov) – Competency-based Training: Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.
Experience: Curriculum design and development, authoring training content, content creation & curation, developing evaluation methods - tests, assessments, assignments and study material; Instructional designing of e-learning courses, sequencing learning content, developing course multimedia, audio, video, animations, infographics and custom images; Experienced in hosting courses on popular eLearning platforms & learning management systems; Use of AI tools for course creation, like creating avatars, chat-bots, image generation; Course pilot testing - designing and conducting user testing studies for eLearning platform and trainings.
