This is MODULE 3 of the course on Competency-based Training, it is an Intermediate level, self-paced, eLearning course, applicable to professionals from L&D, HR, Management or to anyone seeking knowledge on competency-based training development approach. Prerequisite: Completion of Module 1 & 2 of this course, along with prior work experience or knowledge related to L&D or HR function, will be useful. The objective of this course is to train the learners on design, development, implementation & evaluation of competency-based training approach. Upon successful completion of this module learners will be able to understand and apply the following knowledge: 1. All stages of the process for developing Competency-based Trainings, along with practical application of the process through a case study. 2. And, the parameters for evaluating competency trainings with respect to its effectiveness, outcomes achieved and impact analysis, along with the necessary key-performance-indicators for these evaluations. Learners will be able to apply their learning and develop a strategy for the design, development and implementation of CBTs, and will be able identify suitable training evaluation parameters, through an assignment. Course comprises of evaluations like MCQ based tests, assessment and an assignment with guided templates. Downloadable study material is provided after each lesson, and it consists of additional practice questions. There is an interactive chat-bot to answer your queries, along with discussion prompts to feed learner curiosity. All learners will receive an autogenerated certificate of achievement, upon finishing the course.
