This is an Intermediate level, self-paced, eLearning course, applicable to professionals from L&D, HR or to anyone seeking knowledge on competency-based training development approach. There is no mandatory prerequisite to opt for this course, however prior work experience or knowledge related to L&D or HR function, will be useful. The objective of this course is to train the learners on design, development, implementation & evaluation of the competency-based training approach. This section of the course comprises of Module 4 - Additional Learning, Upon completion of this module the learners will be able to understand and apply the following knowledge: 1. The role of technology in CBTs, selecting the right digital tools, along with the challenges faced & strategies to mitigate them. 3. The challenges, mitigations & best practices in CBTs development. 2. Case-studies demonstrating successful implementation of the competency-based approach. 3. And important take-aways for a competency-based training development professional. Including, an overview of shift in competencies in the AI revolution. Learners will be able to apply their learning towards identifying and evaluating competencies required for a CBTs development professional, through an assignment. Course consists of evaluations like MCQ based tests, assessment and an assignment with guided template. Downloadable study material is provided after each lesson and it consists of additional practice questions. All learners will receive an autogenerated certificate of achievement, upon finishing the course. Final course completion certificate requirements - completion of all 4 modules, 60% in final exam + assignment submission.
